We take great personal pride in providing your event with the finest in impeccably presented gourmet
cuisine. All foods are elegantly displayed and served from crystal and silver trays.
There are
over 100 gourmet hot and cold treats to choose from. We have three menus and each consist of very heavy
hor d'oeuvres. A decorative fresh fruit table and other assorted relish trays are included with your
choice of menu. The fresh fruit table is a very dramatic arrangement of fresh fruits, enhanced with a
white arbor decorated with greenery and flowers to compliment every fruit dish. To include but not limited
to, fresh grapes, melon, kiwi, bananas, strawberries, and orange slices. Served with hot fudge fondue
assorted fruit dishes to include; fresh pineapple slices, snow bananas w/ cherries, assorted fruit pizza,
banana snow balls, melon basket, and kiwi. As well as desserts such as; cheese cake bites, brownies fruit
tart, lemon bites, assorted cookies, pecan tarts and frozen fluffy fruit cup. You can also add tables,
such as a fabulous hot or cold seafood array, a pasta station, the chef's artistic vegetable basket, a
mirrored cheese table and a carving station w/rolls & condiments. All menus may be changed to meet your
needs and special menus are available upon request. At the end of the event a gift box of food will be
presented to the client.

like to view. The menus consist of the same items, but with each higher rated menu you are able to choose
more items from each group.
Party menu rates are a per guest cost with a minimum of 100 guests.
